The composition of the wine comprises 37% Grenache blanc and 63% Chenin blanc grapes, meticulously hand- harvested and destemmed/ The winemaking process involves barrel fermentation, with aging taking place over a span of 10 months in carefully selected older oak barrels before the final bottling stage
