Cape Collective Rad Red 2023 per Case

Juicy Plums, rose petals and black cherries captivate the senses, leading to a bright and fresh palette, brimming with vibrant red fruit pastilles, sage and gentle tannins. 

Winemaking Practices: 

THe composition of the wine comprises 56% Pinotage, 25% Pinot Noir and 19% Cinsaut. Grapes were meticulously hand-harvested, 35% retained as whole bunches and the rest destemmed followed by spontaneous fermentation process. After fermentation, the wine matured for 8 months in neutral oak barrels before the careful bottling phase.

Seared tuna, Melanzane, dim sum, read meat. Or just whenever you feel like having great wine with your meal.
