P E R S P E C T I V E
The first of our “canvas wines” or blends, this has been our flagship wine since day one. We continue to add vineyards to this blend to attempt to showcase a greater representation of the Swartland, its varieties and soil types.
This wine is Chenin blanc based as this is the most celebrated white variety in the Swartland and has a fantastic track record in South Africa. Other varieties include
Grenache blanc, Viognier and Muscat d’Alexandrie. The wine has great texture, acidity and elegance and will reward ageing.
