Made from Stellenbosch and Elgin grapes from cooler regions resulting in grapes that keep their acidity. Grapes were handpicked at optimal ripeness during the early hours of the morning.
What can you expect?
This Sauvignon Blanc shows great complexity on the nose with hints of grapefruit, granadilla, blackcurrant and a slight flintiness. On the palate the fresh acidity gives it structure, with tropical fruit flavours and a fresh clean finish.
