The mountain vineyards of Piekenierskloof produce outstanding grapes sourced from dry land bush vines. The deep retaining soils of the region sustain the unirrigated bush vines throughout the long summer season resulting in a more rewarding and delicate fruit profile. The terroir consists of a mix of fragmented sandstone and shale soils, with some occurrences of granite. The Corridor Cinsaut is sourced from 26-year-old, low-yield vineyards with a beautiful expression of berry fruit typical of the variety. These grapes are vinified to produce exclusive small batch vintages.
