Made with Koval’s Dry Gin, a Gin that’s not made using neutral alcohol spirit. Koval Dry Gin is made using their very own organic rye white spirit (whiskey base) which means terroir, provenance and traceability on a bottle right back to the field where the grain was grown, exist in this gin. And, when we talk fine spirits the centre cut of the distillate is always important and this Dry Gin along all the other benefits of a quality spirit production process has had the benefit of just that.
