Vinification 

Harvested at optimal ripeness and low temperatures, with meticulous berry selection, our Chenin Blanc undergoes a gentle press and is barrel fermented at 10/13°C. Aging in old French oak barrels enhances complexity and concentration, with extended lees contact further enriching the wine's character.

Winemaker’s Comment 

This rich, full-bodied wine unfolds with dried fruit and citrus tones intertwined with creamy toasted butterscotch. Ideal for pairing with chicken, veal, and creamy sauces, the 2023 vintage showcases intense citrus and Granny Smith apple notes, complemented by a pronounced lees character. Our 70-year-old vines contribute to a distinctive fruitiness that sets this wine apart.
