This rebellious small batch straight rye offers a smooth, spicy, rye flavour with enough backbone to stand up to the classics. At 90 proof with a mash bill of 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% malt, expect a spicy nose that opens up into rich yet unpretentious rye flavour, balanced by hints of vanilla that’ll keep you on your toes.

Directions:
Shake the Rebel, ginger beer and citrus sour mix over ice. Top with ginger beer then pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
