There's a work group/ social gathering/ team of Winemakers in Franschhoek that have created a one in a million wine. It is a wine that is focused and linear in its youth, while the truly exceptional personality of the wine will be revealed after many years of bottle-maturation. It is the GD1 Project Sémillon.
