Winemaking:

Crafted with meticulous care, grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and meticulously sorted in our Flagship cellar. Following two days of cold maceration, the juice is inoculated with a carefully selected yeast strain. Hand-pressed using a small 1-ton basket press, the fermented wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for three weeks before being transferred to barrels for maturation.

Maturation:

Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, of which 55% are first-fill, The Flagship matures gracefully, acquiring depth and complexity with each passing day.

Total Production:

Limited to 2,580 bottles, each one a testament to our commitment to excellence.

Winemaker's Comments:

The essence of old-world charm, The Flagship unveils an elegant palate with a silky mouthfeel. Spice and pepper dance harmoniously, supported by a symphony of blackberries and tobacco, leaving a lingering, unforgettable aftertaste.
