In winemaking, Badger & Mountain believe in minimal interference, picking by hand, – whole bunch – and natural fermentation with older oak aging. Ensuring a wine that reflects its terroir. Passion, patience and pride is the philosophy that drives the energy behind the label. Due to limited use of additives the wine is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

What can you expect?

Vibrant deep ruby red in colour. The nose offers up dark red fruit, red plums, and black cherries. Cigar box with hints of dark mint chocolate. The palate entices with juicy red berry reduction and hints of savoury notes. Velvety smooth with a well-structured finish.
