Inspired by a long line of Douglas Laing family Fox Terriers, Scallywag is a marriage of only Speyside Single Cask Single Malts, including those distilled at Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. Matured in sweetly spiced sherry butts and vanilla’d bourbon hogsheads for a rich and zesty character.

Nose: A richly spiced character woven into delicious vanilla.

Palate: Detect layer on layer of sweet stewed fruits and dark chocolate fused with nutmeg
and cinnamon, much of which can be attributed to years slumbering in Spanish Sherry butts.

Finish: Displays a burst of zesty orange with fresh ginger, cocoa and rich fruitcake.
